Information on this website
We write this website to help Nepali students plan their studies abroad. Intakes, entry requirements, scholarships and visa rules are set by universities and governments and can change at any time. The information here is general guidance, not legal or immigration advice, and it may not reflect the latest changes. Always confirm the details for your own application with us or with the university or embassy concerned.
Our services
- Counselling is free. Every counselling session, in our office or online, is free and carries no obligation.
- Paid services. If a service carries a fee, we will tell you what it is before you commit to it.
- Decisions belong to others. Universities decide admissions, scholarship bodies decide awards, and embassies decide visas. We help you prepare the strongest application we can, but we cannot guarantee an offer, a scholarship or a visa.
What we ask of you
- Give us complete, true and genuine information and documents. Submitting false documents can lead to a refused application or visa and a ban on future applications, and we will not knowingly submit them.
- Tell us promptly if your circumstances, documents or plans change.
- Meet the deadlines we agree with you, and pay any university, test, visa or other third-party fees yourself, directly or through us, as agreed.
Third-party fees and links
Application fees, tuition deposits, test fees, visa fees and health charges are set by the universities, test providers and governments that charge them, and their own refund rules apply. This website links to other websites, such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Google Maps and university and government pages. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Logos, photos and content
The Republic name, logo and the content of this website belong to Republic Educational Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission. University names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are shown only to identify the institutions our students can apply to through us, directly or through our authorised recruitment partners. They do not imply endorsement; see University names and logos. Destination photos are used under their licences, credited on the home page. Student names and photos appear with the students' consent.
Liability
We take care to keep this website accurate, but we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on its general information, or from decisions made by universities, scholarship bodies, embassies or other third parties. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the laws of Nepal.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Kathmandu.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top.
